"We loved the farmhouse. It was immaculately clean, with a well-equiped kitchen. You could easily use it with two families since there are two kitchens, multiple bathrooms. It is located next to a working agricultural company so there is some tractor and car traffic right in front of the terrace. It did not bother us but it may be dangerous with small children. That was the only negative I could think of. Super accommodation!"

"We enjoyed a wonderful fortnight's stay at this beautiful home in the hills outside the village of Monterchi. The house sits on a ridge with far reaching views across the surrounding valleys, particularly stunning from the swimming pool. "We were 8 adults and loved our stay here. Pool is large and warm. Great accommodation. Good sized table outside for eating at. Very good communication before we went and property manager on hand if we needed anything during the stay. There are some lovely hilltop towns within 30 mins of the property, Arezzo is an hour away and there are restaurants and a supermarket 10 mins away. Can thoroughly recommend!!"

"We rented for the month of October, 2024. We broke the month into 3 section of 10 days each. The first section we invited friends, 6 couples, all retried adults. The next group were nieces and nephews all adults 30 to 40 years old. The last group was brothers and sisters. Needless to say I was worried that the Property would not live up to the pictures, no worries! The property is everything we wanted and more. Perfect! "We had a really great stay at Agriturismo Il Capannino. Such a peaceful and beautiful location. We had a warm welcome from Giuseppe the proprietor who was such good fun and a very interesting person. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished and we really felt at home. "The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. "An exceptional house and infinity pool in the hills close to Montone. The children spent many hours in the pool and we all had a barbecue supper on the patio in the evening. The accommodation was wonderful and the kitchen allowed us all to help with cooking. Our master bedroom was very comfortable and had netting on the windows to stop the insects. Amazing property."
