"We spent 6 days here as a wedding celebration. We were 30 adults, 1 little baby and a dog. The place is incredible and has so much charm to it! First few days we were preparing for the symbolic wedding which we did on the 4th day of our stay. "Chiara hosted our wedding weekend. I can not stress enough that pictures on here don't do the property justice. It is one of the most spectacular villas we have ever seen. Chiara (the host) is so lovely and very attentive. The place it swlf has got so much space, so much offer and is so wonderful, we're hoping to go back for our 10 year anniversary."

"Emilia's home is a wonderful cozy farm house. Emilia met us on arrival with bruschetta, sandwich squares, snacks and a bottle of wine. She was on site daily feeding the cats and available to respond to questions. The views from the house were spectacular. You look over the vineyard into the Tuscan hillsides. Mid week there was a fruit torte on the table as a surprise. It was fantastic. Emilia is fully of warm hospitality. Our family would definitely come back again and will also recommend her...

"An exceptional house and infinity pool in the hills close to Montone. The children spent many hours in the pool and we all had a barbecue supper on the patio in the evening. The accommodation was wonderful and the kitchen allowed us all to help with cooking. Our master bedroom was very comfortable and had netting on the windows to stop the insects. Amazing property."

"Magnificent!!!! Palazzo Serre, in San Leo, is absolutely stunning. The views from the home are incredible of the rolling hills and the various mountain tops. As for the interior, the furniture and amenities are plenty and the beds are extremely comfortable. Also, it was so nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom which provided for great privacy. The 11 of us really enjoyed our time at the house and we look forward to returning next year to enjoy the new pool."

The casale has everything one needs ... spacious apartments, mosquito netting to keep these creatures out, cozy patio where we spent most of our time together, peace and privacy, and especially the beautiful pool that more than served its purpose during the hot days. "The house was all we had hoped - spacious, simple but very comfortable. Kitchen was great and well-equipped. Highlights were the amazing outside spaces (terraces, patios and balconies) and the stunning huge swimming pool. We couldn't fault it. No a/c but shutters and fans worked ok despite 37 degrees heat in july !"

"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...

"The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day.
