"Perfect Check-in. Our host (Matteo) lead us the last kilometers to the house. We got delicious welcome-snacks and aperitifs. Additionally Matteo showed us arround and we got a lot of information and tips from him. The villa was clean and very nice. "It’s an Agroturismo. We stayed there with friends, 21 total, 5 families, adults and kids. Fantastic welcoming by the owners. Great landscape, quite place, fantastic swimming pool. 4/5 different and independent appartements in a well restored house of mid 19th century - stones and wood. Great common place to cook and share moments. We went to : Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, Ravenna, Mirabilandia amusement park!"

"We were 8 adults plus two toddlers, we stayed during July so it was quite warm but thankfully the river was still flowing and we could swim in the rockpools to cool down. The area around the Molino is so beautiful, and the house itself is just incredible. "Très belle découverte pour nous en Ombrie. La maison dans une ancienne abbaye est très bien placée, avec une belle piscine. Maximiliano et son fils Adamo sont extrêmement prévenants.
