"Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)"

"The multilingual hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and the buffet breakfast is excellent with so many options of food. The pool has a lifeguard during the day and the pool area is kept very clean. There were plenty of sun loungers to relax on. Sa Coma beach is around a 10 min walk and Cala Millor beach is also around a 10min walk away. There are lots of restaurants in Cala Millor and Sa Coma to choose from for evening meals which were very good....

"Lovely 6 night stay in ground floor apartment with our 2 year old. Staff friendly and hard working. Pool clean and always sunbeds available. Small fenced off shallow end for little ones which was great for us but imagine could get crowded in peak season. Only watched mini disco entertainment in evening as bit late for our little one but staff great with kids. Daytime sports fun too. "A three night stay at this hotel and their service truly blew me away. Pro-active and extremely considerate. As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food. It consisted of a large and delicious salad, a charcuterie plate with cheese, bread rolls and fruit. Then on the day of my departure, as I was leaving very early they offered me an early breakfast. "The pool is nice and it is on the beach (sort of). The part of the beach it is on is rocky and very slippery. I saw a fair number of people at the resort on crutches.
