"The location is excellent and the value for money is very good. The water pressure was weak and the pillows very uncomfortable, reducing to nothing when laying upon it. Charging for the use of a mini bar fridge is crazy. Most staff very friendly. "

"Very smart hotel. Spacious superior room with balcony and pool view. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even offering to suggest cycling routes for us. Food above average though we ate out a couple of times as buffet became a bit boring. Pool is tiny but lots of sun beds and space. Great location near the beach, shops and bars. Not the best for a cycling holiday though as roads are too busy in this area. "

"This was my FIFTH stay at the Eurotel Punta Rotja since 2008. I have seen once again some of the wonderful staff members who were there sixteen years ago, but all are most courteous and welcoming with a sincere "Buenos dias!" or "Buenos Noches!" The carpets in the rooms have been replaced with Pergo laminate hardwood flooring, and it's beautiful. The hotel location is magnificent and is far away from the tourist traps of Cala Millor, but still close enough to reach the worthwhile places there,...

"Property is in an area with many derelict buildings. It feels safe enough. Hotel itself needs refurbishing. Staff at reception are ok, catering staff not very friendly at all. Noisy room as was situated above the entertainment disco area which thankfully stopped at 11pm."

"We had an amazing stay at Pula Suites. It was quiet and relaxing. Fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful and hospitable! Very clean, could not fault this hotel. Would recommend hiring a car if you want to travel around but we would definitely stay here again."
