"This was a great spot for a sunny getaway. The staff were friendly and the rooms and most of the hotel grounds were very clean (the communal poolside toilets were not the nicest but I would say that’s more down to the guests than the staff). "Good, but not perfect. Hotel itself is nice, not 'a million rooms crammed into a tiny complex' which you'll see on the island. We stayed All Inclusive for a week and left 3rd of November, hotel was beginning to wind down for the season as we were leaving, it got very very busy from 31st October as they must have had a special Spanish Resident deal on, for Halloween. "A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "

"Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful with information about the local area. Close to local, beautiful beaches and walks. Fantastic communication from time of booking, arrival until departure. Highly recommended place to stay. "

"Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner is slightly noisy but acceptable. The room is not very sound proof so in the morning you can hear people on the corridor walking and talking. It was also weird that they only allow cash for deposit of borrowing towel, when you already have hold deposit in your room. The staff in the restaurant does not speak English very well, but the staff at reception is helpful."

"Great place for families we have young children and they were totally in love with the pools as 2 are around 25cm deep so even our 16 month old Al could stand up herself. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids not worried by food on floor etc which is inevitable. "

"They shouldn’t charge more money to clean your room during stay. We paid the same day rate for 7 nights as someone staying for one night and they get their room cleaned. Would be easier to make 7 separate bookings to ensure room is cleaned daily"

Primero, para reservar los restaurantes temáticos, sólo puedes reservarlos de 2 a 5 el mismo día con la wifi del hotel.
