"Service at check in was friendly and accommodating. We have made this our go to place to stay when having baseball tournaments in the Portland area. The location is very convenient whether we play in Portland or Vancouver. "

"Property was very nice, well appointed, rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. With the exception of one server in the dining room for breakfast one morning, the entire staff were friendly and helpful. The bellmen were increibly attentive! There is a restaurant onsite with a lounge, and a small coffee shop/chocolate shop. It was easy to walk from the location to the waterfront park or up to the gardens. Parking however, is expensive (as with most cities) and not onsite owned by the hotel. We opted for the valet service as the parking was down the street in a parkade. "

"I stayed in a Suite at this hotel, and it was beyond lovely. It was very luxurious, but also whimsical and fun. The room was extremely cosy, and I really appreciated the bath tub and supplied bath robe. The lobby area was exquisite, too."

"This is our second time here and we will return again. The staff upon entering were kind and asked about our reason for visiting. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and he upgraded our room. The room was very comfortable. The bed was soft and we slept great. We love how quiet the rooms are and the added security things that made us feel secure. We love the location of this hotel for visiting the market on Saturdays and for a nice walk down to Powells. "
