I was unaware that the swimming pool has a charge of £6 and an extra £2 for a towel. This is not advertised anywhere on reception that I could seem"

"Booked this hotel short notice as we needed a hotel the night before a flight from Manchester airport wasn’t sure what we would get for £43 but it was great!! Easy to find, lovely staff, great room, clean, warm, very close to the airport, nice food on site, easily worth the money will definitely use this hotel again if flying from Manchester well worth the money!
