"birthday trip for me and my friend and our husbands!! Costa Rica is AMAZING! Yosue was so prompt on any questions we had - he helped us book some AMAZING tours!! and also helped us with restaurants. We would never have gone to the Monarco Butterfly House/Cafe for lunch if he had not recommended it. "We had plenty of space for 4 guys. We spent most of our time in living room or balcony. The sound of the fountain and architecture of the house made it peaceful. You have the full view of the city. The staff were helpful and communicative over WhatsApp. We asked for messages and coordinated with professionals familiar with house. The house is beautiful and comfortable and very well appointed and supplied. The owner is only onsite part of the time, but is promptly available via WhatsApp. Her onsite assistant doesn't speak English, but we did fine with a little bit of Spanish and WhatsApp with the owner who speaks excellent English. We want to return to Casa Bartzis on a future trip--it's a winner!"
