"Everything was amazing. The reviews for this hotel were very mixed, however our experience was amazing and have no idea why anyone would say anything negative. Our room (#8) was beautiful, the esthetic of the pool was georgeous, the view of Lake Atitlan (feet away) was breathtaking, the staff was kind, friendly (miri and juan..everyone) and everyone always had a smile on their face. The food was great👌. 10/10 i would definitely return and would recommend!"

"This is absolutely the best and most beautiful place to stay in San Marcos. The vibe is very different from the rest of the town, but personally I was grateful for that. It's a bit pricey of course, but if you're looking for a quiet and beautiful place to spend a day by the pool and enjoy delicious food, this is absolutely the place to go. The staff are lovely, And if you want to go out in San Marcos it's just steps away. Highly recommend! The only thing I feel compelled to add is that the restaurant next door plays music until 10:00 p.m. every night and it definitely feels like it's in your room lol. Made no difference to me because I can fall asleep anywhere, but definitely something to consider if that would be hard for you."

"This villa was an absolutely stunning stay. The view of the lake and volcanoes even from the outdoor bathroom were incredible. The villa would get sauna hot in the afternoon sun, with just a standing fan to fight the heat. So we would leave the villa at this time. The hike up to the villa is no joke. We are young and active adults, who climbed volcano acatenango. Doing this at minimum daily hike up/down the villa was strenuous. We made sure to pack everything we would need for the day because coming back to the villa for a light rest in the middle of the day was counterproductive. Villa itself was impeccably clean and everyone working on the property was eager to help with any questions. "

"An excellent location to say especially if we are lucky enough to get one of the rooms higher up which have better views. Although some distance from town, transport is usually available within 10 minutes. Coffee and a small fridge in the room would make the stay even better."

"Hotel was great value for the price. Rooms were comfortable but walls are a bit thin, can hear a bit of noise sometimes. The hot spring pool is a huge bonus, spent a lot of time in there. Restaurant was good ate a couple of dinners there. Good view of the lake too. "
