"The house was PERFECTLY clean, beautifully decorated and there were thoughtful touches everywhere. The view was exceptional and the neighborhood was very quiet (aside from house renovations a couple of houses down). We had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal as the kitchen was WELL equipped. We had issues only with one of the tvs not working. "Had to take a few days to cool down before writing a review for this. This is probably our last time using Vrbo, so we’ll speak our minds. Biggest problem was the plumbing. There were sewage backups three of the five mornings we were in the home. We essentially couldn’t use toilets or showers half of the days of our stay. Our friends had to bail sewage from a shower as we waited 2+ hours for a plumber. Plumbers came three days in a row without actually fixing the problem. The host blamed us for...

"We had an excellent time at the Ranch Almaden the video you see on YouTube does not do it justice. We had about 30 people attend our 10 year wedding anniversary and all of my guests felt they were at a far away luxury destination. We used the pool and Spa and all was great, we will be reserving this location again."

"Our family of 12 spent two weeks during the Christmas holidays in this home and we all enjoyed and loved every inch of this place. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home."

"The condo is just as pictured, a perfect ground floor unit with direct access to grass and a path to the beach. I received all the information from Jane prior to the visit and everything was very easy. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are modern. Only note is the HOA approved electric BBQ did not create enough heat, and should be cleaned between guests."

"It was easy to rent and reasonably priced. Noisy at night for the couple who took the hide a bed in the living room because we guess storage for events are right underneath our unit and it kept them up for many hours late at night."

"The hot tub did not work. And was not advised. Owner did not informed us and knew a month prior. We choose the property for the hot tub. Was very disappointed. There was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. otherwise the property was beautiful. The view was beautiful as well. We had a great time."
