"The hotel has all that you need with plenty of space in the rooms and a very nice pool and outdoor area. The main restaurant is very good. I had a beautiful fish encrusted in plantains. There were a lot of good choices for breakfast also The staff is very welcoming and helpful. It’s a little dated. We had a very enjoyable stay."

"Our stay was excellent except for the gentleman who checked us in on our arrival. He seemed to be annoyed that are flight was late and our arrival was delayed. Outside of this everything else was outstanding!"

"We arrived late and tired. The receptionist was great and efficient. The most important thing I want to say is I left my earbuds attached to the charger and was in a rush to check out so missed grabbing them. I didn't realize it until several days later. I contacted Hotels.com and they contacted the hotel and they had them! I told them when I would be returning and the hotel had them ready for me! I was grateful and amazed to get them back!"

"This place is very convenient to and from the airport which is why we stayed there. Free shuttle to and from airport. Not convenient to downtown Staff was helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable "

"A very nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Very clean. The breakfast meals need to have more variety. Their phone system when you they ask if you need English speaking staff and you press the corresponding number, the line disconnects. You end up having to call multiple times and eventually pressing 0 to reach someone. But the front desk personnel are top notch. The Sky Bar at the pool was never opened the times I went and expected someone to be there. I wish they did have a place to smoke cigars on the property instead by the guard booth outside the gate. Very close to the road and lots of bugs there. But still, I would recommend it to anyone going to Costa Rica. "
