Sweet Songs Jungle Lodge, a Muy’Ono Resort
4.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (138)
"We enjoyed every minute at Sweet Songs. The all inclusive option was the way to go. Delicious local food--each of our meals were excellent and we ate all but one of them there over our eight night stay. Definitely intend to be a return guest. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they totally spoiled us! "

Cahal Pech Village Resort
3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (382)
"Me and my girlfriend stayed there and really enjoyed ourselves. Going into our stay, I wasn’t expecting a lot because of how affordable the cabana was. When I saw the property and the restaurant and the cabana is itself overlooking San Ignacio with a hammock in it,I was extremely impressed and considered staying another night. The food was great and the staff was even better. Unfortunately, it rained so we couldn’t see the Mayan ruins as we had planned on, however, it was definitely a great...

San Ignacio Resort Hotel
3.5 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (245)
"The checking process was the most pleasant due to customer service agent was rude. However, the other front desk agent Christopher was ver friendly and very helpful. I paid about $700US for two bedrooms suite a night. I personally don’t think this hotel is worth the price. The carpet in the hotel is worn out and needs cleaning. The throw pillows and rugs in our rooms were very dusty. The hot tub on the balcony was dirt. The hotel it needs some repair and upkeep to charge this price for a...

Mystic River Resort
3.5 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (310)
"What a beautiful resort buried deep in the jungle. I appreciated how friendly all the staff was, and they genuinely seemed to want my son and I to have a great stay. We were offered a complimentary bird-watching tour, which was nice, and we elected a resort sponsored tour of the Barton caves, which was magnificent! Daily breakfast is good, with fresh pancakes and fruit. Bartenders are all nice and make a good drink. Thanks so much!"

"We had the best stay there! The pool is awesome and the staff were very friendly. The grounds are a little overgrown… and this place looks like Covid hit it pretty hard, but it has SO much potential and we had such a great time that I hope more people stay there! Our room/cabana had a king and 2 doubles- Perfect for our family of 5! "

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (78)
"The experience our family had at Black Rock Lodge exceeded anything I could have wished for. From the moment Fernando picked us up at the airport, we knew we were in for a good time. The nearly 2 1/2 hour drive went fast as he thought of everything. He had water and snacks ready for us when we got into the vehicle. We made a stop for iced coffee and saw a fabulous wood working gallery before reaching the lodge. The most unexpected thing for me was his willingness to make an unplanned visit ...

"Table Rock lodge was a fantastic place - beautiful grounds, clean and cozy rooms, amazingly friendly and helpful staff, and tasty food that was clearly fresh and all natural. It was easy to get tours and activities booked through the lodge and to learn more about the area from the staff. We especially loved the ecofriendly setup (bird and animal feeders, rock-tile shower, and on-site farm with fresh everything). Keep up the great work!"
