Find Hotel with a Concierge in San Giuliano Terme

"I was disappointed to find out that this hotel was tucked away in an awkward location. I read that it was a 15 min walk from the leaning tower of Pisa but it is actually a 15/20 minute drive instead. There is a bus stop fairly close by that tou can walk to but this only runs once an hour. The rooms are very basic but this is expected for the price however they are clean and comfortable. "The excellent spa facilities and grounds. Beautiful tasteful interior decor in keeping with type if property. I missed having a kettle on the room to make a cup of tea. Access to pools were not wheelchair or disability friendly. There were lots of steps to access the pools. The bed didnt have a duvet cover, which I see a lot in Italy. The duvet should have a washable cover.The staff in general were friendly and helpful , however acces toTherme facilities were not properly explained to us. The...
