"What a wonderful week we had at Justo Perfecto! Our family was welcomed by Rambo offering up one of his amazing fruit platters...it was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very spacious for the 8 of us. The hot tub quickly became the hangout spot to look for toucans and parrots. The views were absolutely stunning...sunrise on one side, sunset on the other. Highly recommend having Rambo make some delicious meals during your stay. Not only is he a great chef but he's a joy to talk to and eager to help in any way he can. Jennifer was very responsive throughout the process of booking and planning. She went above and beyond helping us figure out how to get live college football on the tv so we didn't miss a bowl game We enjoyed our week very much and look forward to returning someday!"

"Luckys is an old hotel and casino that was bought and remodeled by the same company that owns the Fiesta casinos in Costa Rica.. The rooms are brand new and beautiful. Diego, the hotel manager was very helpful with all my needs. Beautiful place. I’m not a gambler so I cannot speak for the casino but the hotel is very nice. "

We loved the setting - it’s quite a drive there- a beautiful drive to a beautiful destination. We loved our room- very quiet, lovely view we loved “Feathers”, the beautiful garden with the birds. We loved our quetzal tour and also “Batsu”, the other beautiful garden with lots of gorgeous birds. We loved everything. "

"Lapazul and its staff are amazing in all possible ways. It's a small boutique hotel on top of a mountain: the view is STUNNING, we saw more animals during breakfast than in parks we had visited previously. George is incredible: he did a tour with us each morning to show us where the slot was hiding, where the frogs were... He is very friendly, helpful but also respects your privacy. You come to this hotel to relax, to destress, and enjoy nature around you. We recommend staying at least 3 days! As in other comments, it's steep uphill and you need a 4*4: we had a rental Suzuki that you could easily switch from regular to 4*4. We had no issues at all, and it was very rewarding to arrive then at this little paradise. The hotel takes a personal approach. We met the owner, the manager who just came around for a short chat to make sure we were having a great experience. On the last day, we had a minor panic, as we had to return to the airport for which you normally need about 3.5 hours. Suddenly, Google maps switched to almost 5 hours due to a road closure. The team helped us and called traffic police. By the time we were packed and ready to rush, the manager was able to tell us the road closure would be lifted asap and we should take that shorter road anyway. We did and easily made it in time to the airport! This is a hotel we will be highly recommending to friends and co-workers. If we visit Costa Rica again, we will definitely plan a stay at Lapazul. "

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Sea Breeze, and it was nothing short of magical! The owner and her manager Wil were always prompt & helpful with communications. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the home, the lush landscape, and the sense of tranquility. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, and dreamy! If you are looking to relax or for some adventure, you must visit Casa Sea Breeze in Costa Rica! We especially loved having all our meals outside, with the gorgeous view of the surrounding nature. The open-air dining area was ideal for enjoying delicious meals. We were lucky to have the opportunity to enjoy the services of Wil Tours and his family, whom the owner highly recommended. Wil's wife, Kiss, and his sister, Rocio, cooked us some of the most delicious and memorable meals we've ever had. Their beautiful, caring service made us feel so special and at home. Wil and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Horseback riding on the beach, a Mangrove river monkey tour, visits to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants, were all wonderful! The people of Costa Rica are warm and lovely, the food was amazing and the home (and the negative edge pool overlooking the ocean!!) were so incredibly special. The home is more beautiful than the pictures too. We absolutely can't wait to go back to see our new friends in Costa Rica! Thank you Suzanne, Wil & family for making our time so memorable! xo "
