When I had an issue with a tour to Kicker Rock that I previously booked, Jose was able to get me on another boat at the last minute, which I really appreciated because it was a phenomenal experience. "My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in a king bed room. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is older, the room was on the smaller side, but had a fridge and microwave. There is no tv in the room, but we didn’t really notice or need one. The breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. There is good wifi. "This is a family-owned and run hotel that is next to their restaurant and tour business. We soon became family even though we did not speak each others' languages. It is next to the water and pier. We loved sitting out front and listening to the sea lions bark and watch the crabs scurrying about their business. The coveted blue-footed boobie visited each evening."

"The owner is super nice and super friendly. Gave us plenty of tips and advice. 3 minute walk to el malecón which is all but stores and restaurants. Breakfast included fresh cut fruits, fresh juice, fresh coffee, warm bread rolls, scrambled eggs, butter and jam. If we ever go back to the Galapagos, this is where we will stay. "
