"Owner is very courteous and friendly, I arrived to the airport at San Cristobal and he personally received me and my girlfriend at the airport and took us to the hotel. Very nice guy, overall it’s a decent place to stay. Nothing luxurious but basic to take a shower and sleep."

"The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal."

"Nice place - it is exactly how it displays online. Clean, basic hotel a little away from the centre of town, but still only a 5 minute walk. Plenty of food and shops nearby. Staff went out of their way to help us when we had an issue with one of the local laundries being closed. Recommend."

"This property was in a good location in between Playa Mann and town. 5 minute walk to either. Hosts were great and very helpful for planning our days, they even arranged taxis for us and picked us up from the airport. Room was very clean and spacious with awesome sea views"

"Awesome location, across from the beach and near the interpretation center and trails. The rooms were ok with a small fridge (that was very noisy), 20 random channels on a small TV, and comfortable beds. Great customer service when she was around (about half of the time during the day). The view from the balcony was really the best part. We booked and paid online through Expedia but apparently this property didn't get the transfer. Not sure if this was a onetime issue with the worldwide...

"Approx 15 minute walk from the Front, clean open space with hammocks, fridge cooker, Island is beautiful "

"The kitchen window has no glass just a screen so there was no way to close or secure the area. The shower head had exposed electric wires. Giant roaches crawled under the large gap at bottom of door. Refrigerator had rusty shelves. Dangerously steep stairs to loft. At night you could here the scurrying of small creatures in the loft"

"L’appartement est génial de jour. C’est situé au-dessus d’une buanderie qui fonctionne 24/7 avec les tuyaux qui communiquent = glou-glou-glou dans les drains toute la nuit. Également situé en face d’un parc où les jeunes se rassemblent pour boire et hurler jusqu’aux petites heures."
