Son took ill and staff made sure we had everything we needed for him to get better. Would not stay elsewhere in Bangkok."

"Hotel Siam Mandarina was a delight to stay at. This was my first trip to Thailand and was worried about transportation to a hotel, but the staff here made it stress free. The service was impeccable during my stay as well. I would definitely recommend staying here. Just be aware it is about an hour into downtown Bangkok and plans accordingly."

"My stay at the Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 was exceptional. I stayed in an Executive Suite which was large, clean, and nicely decorated. I loved the convenience of the Hotel it is located right next door to a nice mall and is within walking distance of many attractions. They don't serve alcohol at any of the restaurants or bars within the Hotel, but they allow you to bring your own which was great for me. My only complaint was that I didn't receive maid service for a day. I believe that was due to the fact that during my stay the Bangkok area received some damages due to the Myanmar earthquake and the entire area including the hotel were evacuated. So I can give them a pass on the over sight. Thanks again Grand Centre Point Terminal 21 I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Thailand! "

"I stayed for 3 days with my 1.10 years old. The room is kinda small and I got the room that said city view but it’s abandoned hotel. The view is bad besides that everything is awesome. "
