"It was nice and clean. Very nice"

"The bathroom air fan did not do a good job reducing odor. The bathroom was clean but had a lingering odor that wasn’t pleasant. I only saw one staff member and he was very pleasant. I had no idea when I booked where the hotel was located and as a single woman traveling alone I was a little nervous being on the ground floor but it was fine. The transportation service worked very well getting me to and from the San Francisco airport "

"Please make sure your concierge person is always in the front not in the back office. They are not that friendly. Always on the phone and when you get their attention, they would sigh as if you were bothering them. Train them to acknowledge their guests not the other way around that they would just stare at you. Anyway, we liked the location and we liked that the bedrooms are separated with each own bathroom. Food could be better during breakfast not repeat from yesterdays."

"The room we had was a Handicapped Room. It was very small but more than adequate. We were only staying one night and catching a fight out mid-morning. The Bed, and Bedding were great. A TV, remote, Refigerator and coffee maker and a safe were all provided. The room was clean and well kept. One of the attractions was a free shuttle to the airport. It was advertised as less than a mile from SFO, however it still took over a half hour to reach the airport as the van serviced 4 other hotels....

"We had the one bedroom suite overnight for our early morning flight the next day. The hotel is a 5 minute drive to the airport, so the free shuttle is very useful. No complaints"
