Started because i only booked because of the airport shuttle. Nothing said on booking they had limited times. Only after booking when i could not cancel anymore. Had to pay an extra not wanted $25 on uber to get there. And plus got a room that had been with windows opened all night. Which was freezing and took forever to heat it up even with heater on. Had the worst experience. Never again

Wouldn't stay here again. The rooms were extremely noisy from street traffic. The decor was worn and dated. The front desk staff was meh. Luckily it was only for one night.

I've stayed at this location when it was the Ramada and was not impressed. The remodle on this hotel to the Aluxor is very nice! What an improvement! I will stay here again.

I am a frequent traveler and was not generally happy with this stay. My main complaint is the penny pinching practices of this hotel. I can understand the need to eliminate unnecessary costs but they've gone way beyond reasonable cuts. There is no airport shuttle service nearly the entire afternoon, the coffee pot gets shut down at noon, and they don't have a guest computer are just some examples. Other than that, the room was ok but common areas such as the gym were in disrepair, there was a water leak near the ice machine that lasted my entire 3 night stay, and the staff looked like they were bothered every time you asked them a simple question. I generally give good reviews but couldn't find much nice to say about this hotel although it has tremendous potential with the right management and staff.
