"The staff was great, same day laundry was very helpful, always someone at the front desk that spoke English and Spanish, everyone in the building was great, only issue was several night clubs in the area blasting bump bump music all night, overall this is a good hotel, "

"Just wow - this place is a magical place. Yuliana and George were so attentive and we always maintained communication. They helped me with decorating the room with a birthday theme and I was speechless when I saw how beautiful they decorated the room. Through the stay they always reachedout to me to ensure I was having a good time and always asked me if I needed anything else to let them know. All the staff here is very friendly and helpful. Front desk always helped me with any inquiry, room service and cleaning were so friendly, the staff on the restaurant and rooftop were also so great and even security at front were very nice. This is my second time staying at this hotel and can say this the best hotel to stay at, they make the experience so much better. Make sure to reserve the room with jacuzzi and you will have a good time."
