"The place is in a convenient location. So l am quite happy that l can easily walk around the city. Staff is kind and helpful, thank you:) Overall it is a clean place. But, check-in time is quite late and check out is early, luggage store not that very convenient, also asking from customer taking out your beddings :("

"Close to a train station one stop from Yokohama. Plenty of cafes and shops, department store, currency exchange office. In the place itself you go over a sort of, I think it is a swimming centre floor, not sure, but after reception you have to take your shoes off and wear slippers they provide to walk over the floor. What I started out with was just a basic sleep capsule, an enclosed bed. There is a small TV on the wall and an electrical point. For my second day I was given a free upgrade...

"This was by far the best accommodation that we stayed in during our three-week trip to Japan. Highlights: Efficient, professional, thoughtful and friendly staff. The most comfortable rooms and perfect nights’ sleep anyone could wish for. A well-equipped kitchenette and in-room laundry facilities. Amenities provided were all excellent quality. Magnificent views overlooking Yokohama – especially at night. Fantastic location – quiet but with easy access to Bashamichi train station and Minatomirai just a short walk away.
