"Service: 5/5 Service was great. There was someone to greet us and open the door to our car as we pulled up even at 2am. Super helpful and never gave the impression that they expected tips. Room: 4/5 It was good, but there were a few small details that kept it from being great. The bathroom was nice, but there wasn't a great place for hand towels and the door wouldn't latch shut without locking it. There was also a raised threshold to the bathroom that was very hard that I hit my foot on...

"Chinese New Year and crazy everywhere. Hotel was fine. Balcony nice. Don’t understand why you can bring women to your room but u r banned from smoking on the balcony. No sense. I don’t spend a lot of time in my room but bed was comfy and I slept fine. Shower need a little work but whatever. Fantastic location as it may be the best hotel on the Chinatown strip! "

"We stayed here for 3 nights and were very pleased with our stay. The rooms and bathrooms are very well kept, with air-con, water bottles and a cool bar downstairs. Location is amazing, everything is at a walkable distance- riverside, lots of markets and Khao San road. It felt very safe to stay here- we would definitely recommend :)"

"The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...
