"We really enjoyed our time at Vittoria Design Hotel. Paula was a wonderfully accommodating host. Her son was wonderful as well. They Always met our needs and helped us with anything we needed. We had a balcony overlooking Tuscany and even saw a hot-air ballon gathering and a few small deer(?) from our balcony on Friday. The place is a little worn, but they do a great job maintaining it. "This boutique hotel is a gem and I can honestly say the photos online don’t do it justice. It’s stunning. We booked the Diamond “Diamante” suite and it’s just gorgeous and very spacious. The decor is amazing, including the painted ceiling. The location is very central and we could easily get around Siena. The breakfast was lovely and included in our stay. The staff at the reception were very friendly and accommodating. They reached out 2 weeks before our arrival to explain the parking...

"This boutique hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the service was very friendly. The breakfast spread was really great, and we loved spending time looking through photography books in the lounge, sipping a cocktail from the honesty bar. The room was efficient, not so spacious but very well thought out, and the bathroom was beautiful with full amenities. We will absolutely try to stay here again when we return to Florence."

"This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you. "

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....
