Room and bathroom were compact, cute, and very clean. Exquisite miniature toiletries were available. Staff was phenomenal especially Giovanni. "The staff at the hotel were very attentive and always greeted everyone with a smile, from the front desk to the cleaners and the servers at breakfast. They honestly were the ones that made the experience special! The room was big and had everything we needed, but the safe is on the small side so can’t fit laptops. Good selection at breakfast. The location was great: 1. close to the tram stop that takes you directly to the airport and train station, and 2. just a short walk from all main attractions, yet quiet enough if you want to escape the crowds"
