"There were lots of ants in the room on the floor on the bed everywhere and they keep coming. The staff tried to clean it twice but after some time the ants keep coming, we had booked 2 rooms but ended up staying in one room. They didn't had any other twin room available. "Our 2nd visit to this amazing boutique room with an unobstructed view of jungle from our spacious terrace. The staff, the food, the room - beyond a taste of paradise and loved authentic balinese culture and local warungs, rice fields. We are returning again and have booked already to not miss out - highly recommend!!!!! not ubud town centre - but free shuttle from hotel for those wanting to experience busy town - "

"Logement propre et spacieux.Belle piscine. Très calme. Par contre ce ne sont pas des villas independantes (3 logements différents au même endroit). Situé à 20/30 mn d'Ubud. Il faut donc avoir un moyen de transport le plus répandu étant le scooter. Rapport qualité / prix correct mais l'on peut trouver mieux à Bali."

"My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in early October 2024. The resort was fantastic and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. There were a lot of food options at the restaurant and the food was really good. They offer a free shuttle to Ubud center. The view of the rice terrace was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is beautiful with its swimming pool but the service is not at the same standard. Breakfast is miserable. We ordered fried eggs and it came with 2 eggs and 1 toast. We asked for 2 extra toasts and they charged us 30'000 IDR. But in general it was difficult to find someone at the hotel if you needed anything."

"This place is an absolute treasure! Do not leave without experiencing the Ultimate Retreat Package at the Dewi Sri day spa! After two years, I returned, and all my expectations were exceeded. So much so that I had to force myself to leave the resort to head into the city centre to buy a few gifts. I love every single thing about this resort - in particular the people and the setting. This is a place, where you simply must put your phone down and take in your surroundings, let them wash over you, soak in them, engage with the beautiful staff, watch and listen to the wildlife, really taste the magnificent flavours of the dishes served. If you do this, you will return home renewed, refreshed and ready for anything! This is a place that will steal your heart with beautiful traditional Balinese hospitality and its jungle setting. You will see the most phenomenal array of plant species, and if you put your phone down, you will experience such an incredible range of different coloured butterflies, carpenter bees, exotically coloured dragonflies, exotic (for us) flying lizards on the palm trees as you eat your breakfast, endangered long-tailed Macaque monkeys (pls don't feed), squirrels, etc. If you are concerned about all the delectable food they serve (breakfast and afternoon tea was included in my package) then there are complimentary yoga classes, a gym, 2 pools, and lots of breathtaking walks."
