"I love the staff at the hotel, the manager was engaged with patrons and his staff worked hard at ensuring needs were met. I would stay there and recommend. I think the in house breakfast could do with some innovation, especially for vegetarians and others with food sensitivities. Additionally, more staff should at least be able to speak english to non portuguese speakers. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there."

"We had a good stay in the bed, even tough. It was very hard. We slept good. The breakfast was surprisingly huge and very tasty treats on the buffet. For me as a coffee lover, I was overly disappointed with the coffee as we were in the main country of coffee and would suggest a better coffee and system. Overall, he was great value and we felt fairly safe. The staff was always very helpful even though English is a challenge for most stuff."

"DO NOT GET THE LAUNDRY SERVICE DONE HERE !! Furious to find the laundry we got done here with the service which was a half a sack as we are on the road for a few weeks was not even dry let alone folded, half wet and half dry just thrown into the bag. "This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Black mold in the room, everything was rusty, the building itself was crumbling. We stayed one night then called hotels.com to complain. They were able to get our money back, since the hotel refused to refund the money. I would never ever stay here again. I think a sleeping bag on the beach would have been better. Did I mention the insects crawling in the bed? Yuk"

"The hotel looks nice from pictures unfortunately I was very disappointed when got to the hotel. The only great thing about the hotel was the stuff that work on the restaurant. The rooms was not clean, always missing toilet paper, towels or the very peculiar fact that one time when they changed the sheets it was duty. I wish I could rite better review, but my experience was not the good. "

"This is a great place. Very comfortable. Water views. Overall a great experience. It was a little further away from central Salvador than we anticipated, so it wasn't absolutely ideal for our needs, but I give the hotel a huge thumbs up on being a quality facility. We really enjoyed the ambience. "
