Staff excellent, rooms excellent, breakfast more than acceptable and a good bar and a great breakout area where my daughter and I could chill out rather than the room. I will be returning. If they could sort out cheaper parking (£14 quid for 24 hours) somewhere close by, that's the only way it could be improved as it's a bit out of the city centre. However the staff this weekend were absolutely superb and did everything to make us feel wanted and special. We will be back"

"All members of staff were so smiley and helpful. The chef was very supportive with allergies and worked out a menu suitable for dairy/soya free which was very kind and hopefully next time we can try it out as this time we are out. They cooked a beautiful dairy free breakfast for her. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and all delicious. The spa was amazing, loved the fact that no children were in there which made it a very relaxing experience. It is 10 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. The hotel is gorgeous and we will definitely visit again. "

"Quick one night stay seeing family and friends - head hit the pillow when I got there and quick shower on the way out. Lovely staff and easy parking. Grabbed a drive through Starbucks on the way out."

All furnished to a high standard. Would definitely recommend to friends and would definitely stay again. The history to this place is an added extra and the tours are a must"
