"Lovely house, very spacious light and airy, lovely decor, beds very comfortable, nice spacious bathrooms, 3 en suite bedrooms, 8 of us all together, but easily room for 10. Well equipped with everything you need. Room to sit out the front and take in the views of the sea and Looe island. Nice garden, plenty of seating in shade and sun, hot tub ready to use. "Our entire stay was fantastic, the home owner Suze was amazing in helping with our arrangements for our small wedding - private chef Adrian was superb, housekeepers were amazing at helping us understand how the house worked and also took in our shopping! We even managed a couple of dips in the very fresh sea to start the day! A magical break enjoyed by all.. We have recommended to several friends and family and will hopefully stay again soon. "

"This is a lovely house in a great location with wonderful views over the cliffs and the sea. Quiet hamlet but good places nearby for shopping, lunches out, alternative bays for swimming. Walks from the door and other locations. Very nicely designed and equipped house. Suits group of friends, with indoor and rooftop places to chill and admire the view. Likely also good for a family. Owners are lovely and always very helpful"

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our pre Christmas break at Nancecliff and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for us in terms of wanting to walk and not use the car. The parking was a bonus and made it easy for unloading and loading the car. The place was clean and smelt fresh when we arrived with plenty of facilities, towels, etc to use. Dog shower is very handy and the dog treats and human treats were appreciated after a long drive. The only down fall would be that we had to keep our dog...

"With great views. Having stayed in lots of properties around Fowey great location and clean. Frustrating to not have salt/pepper/cooking oil/enough hand soap. These sort of things are expected with rentals"

"We spent our honeymoon in this beautiful place the barn was lovely with everything we could have wished for and a beautiful secluded garden which our dog Bella loved. We had a great time exploring Dartmoor which was helped by the gorgeous weather."

"The property was spacious and clean with amazing views over the river however there were slight difficulties with the parking it is in a lay by round a bend on a busy Rd going past the property although the host advises parking outside to drop luggage off but this was not easy to do. The layby could do with a mirror opposite to see ongoing traffic as you drive in and out. The host was very helpful with any extra questions we had and we would stay here again. out"

The property is tastefully decorated and has everything you would need for a holiday. I would add that the dining table is so much nicer than the one in the photo. Stylishly converted traditional barn with bright spacious feel

"Our family of 3 and our dog stayed at Lower Marsh Farm in July 2024. Would highly recommend. We had a fantastic stay: converted barn was perfect, had everything you would want, fabulous bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, secluded enclosed garden etc. Amenities on site were excellent and we used the tennis court and table tennis room several times (equipment all there for you to use). Owners/staff very helpful and welcoming but not intrusive. Lovely walks on site too."

"The property is clean and well maintained there are a significant amount of steps to get to it (I counted 62 in all) but the views at the top are worth it. One word of warning though, I found out to my dismay that there was no network coverage at the property so you can't access the email containing your key code to get in the property when you arrive so make a note of it beforehand. I didn't and had to walk back down all those steps to the main car park to get reception and access the email...
