"We were apprehensive as this was our first VRBO experience but this home was even better in person than the pictures conveyed! It had everything we needed to host our 2 sons and their girlfriends for a great football weekend. The neighborhood was extremely quiet except for the ice cream truck that came down the street Saturday afternoon ! We would definitely look to stay here again. "

Restaurants are close by the condo (one is even walking distance from the condo). Ingels is a short drive (10 minutes away). We are already planning our summer trip to the condo."

"This house was so perfect for our family! Having the split floor plan gave us privacy near the kids and my parents got peace and privacy on the other side of the common rooms. The first thing we all did every morning was to look at the view of the mountains. My dad and I sat and swung enjoying that view a lot. "The house and all the furnishings were great and the hot tub was perfect for the cool nights. The location was between DuPont and Highlands so we were able to do all the sightseeing we wanted. I was really looking forward to kayaking on the lake but the rest of my group wasn’t up for that. We really appreciated the Brevard restaurant menus and loved The Square Root. My only complaint was the 2 mile gravel road. We almost rode a motorcycle and would have had issues getting to the house. Please...

"John and Susie were was amazing hosts! From the easy checkin process, to wine/beer/chocolate to greet us, to TONS of games/cards, and an awesome hot tub! Fenced in back yard was a bonus since I brought our little dog. Upon leaving we were asked to do minimal tasks which aided in us still sleeping late and gone by 11am! While we didn't use the bikes, that was an added bonus! "

"This was our second time staying at the property and it was just as we remembered. The lake view from the living room is what called us back. Loved the location and all the amenities that Connestee Falls had to offer. Quaint downtown Brevard was only 15 min away for some great shopping and dining. Communication was great with the hosts leading up to the trip! Would highly recommend if you’re wanting a peaceful relaxing vacation! I’m sure we will be back again in the future. "
