"The property is beautiful and in a great location to walk to all of Highlands. Our room was very nice and we loved our fireplace. We didn't get to use the amenities due to COVID restrictions/NC Curfew but will stay here again and can't wait to enjoy them then!"

"Nice home with lots of room to spread out - large sunroom with TV, beautiful screened porch with comfortable seating and TV, and adequate living room for a small group. Dining table seats eight. Upstairs there are two large bunk rooms and a king bedroom but only one bathroom. Nice dock and porch for watching sunset. Enjoyed the fire pit."

"I wanted to write a review and say that This lake is one of the best in the United States. The waterfalls, jumping rocks, islands and cove beaches are hard to beat. And Jocassee only has 60 homes on it, most of which aren’t rentals. The rest of it is state parks. So you have to go into your stay at this lodge understanding that the HIKE to the bottom is tough for someone older (possibly impossible) or not in shape/disabled.
