"Room cleaning was excellent. Service in restaurants sometimes hit and miss but mostly good. Not enough shade by the pools. Weather superb the whole 12 days. Water craft staff was excellent."

"Property was excellent, the staff and customer service level here is amazing!! A few things to note: - The restaurants are great, we loved the Japanese style and French one. I will warn in advance room service, the poolside grill, and buffet are NOT good. My wife got food poisoning from the poolside grill on the last few days of our trip.. - The relaxation factor here is excellent however if you are looking for more of a party/fun vibe this is not the resort for you. The pool is divided into a quiet and loud side, the loud side has a strict policy on certain music played at certain times and all activities are on a very tight schedule. This was an amazing experience and we have plans to go back, just figured these two are important things to note when considering booking here! "

"Amazing location on gorgeous bay. The whole properly looks stunning. The pool is huge and I was able to do laps on days when the sea was too rough to swim. In hindsight actually the sea was fine if went a bit further out, even when the red flag was out. The lifeguard is great for checking on conditions and leant me his orange float so idiot jetskiers could see me. Rooms are huge, as is the bed, with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. I didn't use any of the bars or restaurants as they all have music playing and I have an issue with my ears, but I walked a short 5 or 10 minutes to Primos or Montaña Coffee Bar for breakfast, lunch or dinner, especially pleasant in the morning with all butterflies around you. Staff in the boutique and the bell-boys deserve special mention for being incredibly friendly and helpful. Great to have a Starbucks onsite too. Can't recommend this place highly enough."

"A beautiful property. Rooms are very clean and quiet. The included breakfast is amazing, make sure to try the mollitas! The beach club is a great addition to this property so clean and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. "
