"The front staff, especially Jake and Josh are very welcoming and helpful. The room is large however there was a strong pee smell coming from the bottom bunk bed. It was cleaned the following day, but had left an uneasiness of the overall the level of cleanliness. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mimaru Namba North in Osaka. Our room was super bright, spacious and very clean and tidy. We loved coming home at the end of each day after exploring to relax and enjoy the room. We made breakfast in the room and were so happy to have a kitchen. The staff is so lovely and helpful and professional as well. Highly recommend a stay here! "

"Great location. Easy access to multiple train stations. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Dontoburi is an easy 10 min walk. Host was very responsive and provided great service. The only down side about the place was the beds are a little too hard. Other than that, the place was clean and had all the amenities we needed."

"This hotel was lovely, had everything i needed within walking distance. Rooms were surprisingly spacious and have a hot water kettle for coffee or tea. The onsen on the rooftop was really the highlight, don't miss it. The restaurant was just OK, there are plenty of better options just around the block. "

"Great location for families visiting USJ. Easy walk to the park, Universal Citywalk, yhe airport bus limousine, and the train. Our room was clean and the staff were all helpful and kind. You won't be able to check in early, but you can leave your baggage there safely and explore the area while you wait. Also conveniently located near the ferry terminal to visit the aquarium across the bay. Overall, this was a pleasant stay for our family and I would recommend the property to friends. "
