"My stay was wonderful! The staff are all so very nice and helpful. I chatted with people of all ages and I saw several family & friend groups. The room and common spaces are kept very clean. There are lockers to secure valuables and personal items on your floor. I was pleasantly surprised that there is a kitchen and I was able to cook a few meals which was a huge plus for me. However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. "The location is just a few walks away from Chikatetsu-Akatsuka Station (Yurakucho Line or Fukutoshin Line) and Shimo-Akatsuka Station (Tobu Tojo Line). There are many restaurants,convenience stores and supermarkets around the area. The quadruple room we stayed at is spacious enough for the four of us. It's nice that there's a toilet inside our room.Mr.Susumu and Boyo are very accommodating to the guests. We had fun during the karaoke night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this guesthouse."

"建物は古いですが、清潔感があり、快適でした。奥行きのある作りになっていて、意外に広かったです。歴史的建造物で忍者屋敷のようで、子供が喜んでいました。外国人に好まれる雰囲気。1Fのカフェ兼団欒室も自由に使わせてもらえるので、滞在者が少ないときは家一軒借りれたようなお得な気分になれます。多摩川周辺のアクセスも良い。ここは無料駐車場がないので、コインパーキングの駐車場代を気にしなければいけない点がマイナスですが、それを補う利点が多いと思います。マスターも好感の持てる優しい感じの方でした。"
