"Overall I have no complaints whatsoever. The resort was well staffed by people that seemed to like their jobs, the food was excellent, our room was cleaned twice a day, several excursions were included in the price of the stay, fantastic beach, it goes on and on. Will likely stay again for a longer visit. "

"The property itself was in good shape although it is dated. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were the shining stars of the entire resort. It was disappointing that a resort in Jamaica did not have much Jamaican cuisine. But there were other adequate dining options."

"I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights then I rebooked it for another 2 nights it came with breakfast which it could be improved a little better with bacon or ham, overall it was a very nice stay also there is a small shopping Plaza there, I would stay there again highly recommend "

"I enjoyed my three night stay here. I would stay again if I’m in the area again. Friendly staff and owner. Room is nice and high ceilings which I like. Newly reno and smells wonderful inside. It was too cold to swim but pool and jacuzzi are on the grounds. Safe and comfortable. "

"I had a 5 day reservation, I booked through Expedia. The day of check in i showed up at the property twice. The second attempt to check in i met the manager/owner’s nephew who says he usually does check ins and rentals but my Expedia reservation and receipt needed approval from his aunt that’s away. "My stay at the Laguardan Ocean View was excellent. I wanted to try somewhere new from where I usually stay and I was very impressed. The place is clean, quiet, comfortable security is excellent and you feel like you’re home. Just in case you’re not driving it’s also on the bus and taxi route so no problem there. Everyone is friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place for anyone to stay while visiting Jamaica, I had a great time staying here."
