"Yvonne is the best host. She is quick to respond and very accommodating. The townhouse is lovely, clean and conveniently close to a Publix and freeways. We loved that this property was pet friendly and my kids loved it here. Sadly we didn’t get to use the water park as we were only there for two nights. We were only 20 minutes from Snowcat Ridge and only 30 minutes from Busch Gardens! We would love to come back when it’s a little warmer and do the water park. Thanks Yvonne! We loved our stay!"

"Our family of 12, three generations, stayed here for a Busch Gardens weekend. The house had everything we need and was extremely clean. The sleeping arrangements were a bit tight for 12 adults but we brought an air mattress and had enough bedding to support it. Host was very informative and friendly. We would definitely book again!!!"

"Good: Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, property manager was responsive, some very basic supplies were available. The home is in an older neighborhood but has been updated. Areas for consideration: Kitchen is set up for only basic meal preparation, good thing we were planning breakfast only. We purchased some tea towels and left them for the next guests. The home is spacious but under furnished, a nice sectional or an additional loveseat would have made a pleasant seating area to...

"I can't think of a single house rental that has not at least in some ways catfished me. Sure the pictures are technically accurate but if you could zoom in a little bit you would see some things you don't like. At this point I have come to expect and accept that. This place was pristine. It was everything the pictures showed and more. The pictures actually don't do it justice. I have never understood why people go back to the same place more than once, in my opinion it is always been preferred...

We came to visit with family and they were able to come to us instead of us trying to meet up with all of them at a restaurant or something. It was a wonderful time. "
