I made a reservation and paid for a room with a KING bed. When I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a room with 2 beds and told me that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they could not guarantee me a KING bed because they were already sold out. I didn't get what I paid for

Nice hotel. The breakfast food was good, but service not great. The hours were not that long and the staff was literally taking food away from customers as they were standing in line for the food. It was crazy; I’d never seen anything like it.
