"We arrived very early on a Saturday morning for our hotel stay and was greeted by Benoit. We asked him if we could drop off our luggage as it was too early for check in but he said he had a room for us. What a nice start! Our hotel room was recently updated and very roomy. We enjoyed our stay there. We walked everywhere and didn’t find things to be too far away. We also asked for late check out and Benoit said since we were members we could check out at 1pm. Great service."

"I liked staying here, it was off the busy area of the Grand Place but right next to a major train station (Rogier) where you could take the train anywhere. It's walking distance to the gran place (~20mins) and 15minutes walk from the bank of Belgium where alot of tour buses pick up from. The hotel itself is beautiful and I really enjoyed their abundance of breakfast options. The rooms were also really nice and peaceful. My biggest gripe about the hotel was the bathroom. "The decor and staff were amazing the only thing that let it down was the tv didn’t work as can not cast off my phone and only 3 channels to pick from plus the bar pricing was extortionate!! "

"The Hoxton is GORGEOUS! The rooms were so very cool, very art deco. Service was fantastic. The restaurant was delicious. They make their own hot sauce and I wanted to buy it by the case. The only concern I have is that the location is just outside Brussell’s red light district. It is a short walk from the train station to the hotel, but you have to walk through a pretty scary neighborhood to get there. "

"Stayed in "private family room" which was basic but comfortable and clean. Hostel common areas were spacious and clean. Hostel was quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Area around hostel is a bit sketchy, but not bad."
