"The hotel we had booked had an unexpected strike so we had to make other plans. The boat was perfect! Parking was easy, safe and free and only a short walk to boat. "We came to enjoy Quebec City at St. John the Baptist Day. It's a good hike uphill to the Old City. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby on Rue St. Joseph. The prooerty doesn't include parking, but it is at a good location for driving out to see other sites, like Montmorency Falls. Dave is the friendliest host we've had on VRBO."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house boat. Overall the place was clean and had everything we needed. The view was fantastic and Yves was very responsive and quick. The location was great and free parking was nice. We did experience some setbacks but they were quickly rectified. We did not arrive until after the reception was closed, and while we had made arrangements beforehand, when we phoned to let them know we were here, there was no answer. "This house is beautiful, well maintained, and clearly cared for. The game area in the basement was even larger than we thought from the pictures, and was a great way to pass time while we were at the house resting. The spa was also great, clean and well maintained. We were not far from everything we wanted to do. Less than 10 minutes to Old Quebec and the Chateau, and under 30 minutes to pretty much anywhere else. Due to the size of our group we rented a car, so the onsite parking was great....
