"Nice hotel in great location with excellent service. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Metro station is across the street. Breakfast buffet was far above America hotel standards and a great value. Staff did a nice job tidying the room every day, making the beds and replacing linens, something US hotels hardly bother to do any longer."

The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge convenience, and the location near the airport and main train station made traveling easy. "Great hotel. Located near multiple metro and RER lines. Building was nicely renovated and furnished. Rooms were compact but very efficient and well designed. Plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. Kids loved the bunks. Shower room was spacious and seperate toilet room was a bonus. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was good value. A selection of pastries, bread, and cold cuts, plus cereals and even a few hot dishes. Would definitely stay again. Very family friendly."

"Can not say enough great things about this hotel. After arriving in Paris as a solo female traveller, my first hotel was very unsafe and extremely dirty. I then booked CitizenM and headed there. The staff was super helpful and kind, my room was adorable and very clean. The hotel is only a few minute walk away from the Metro and RER, and felt very safe walking in that area alone at night. There are some cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy and a mall also within walking distance. My checkout was at 11am but my flight wasn't until 9pm, the hotel held my bags for me for the day. "

"Such a really cool hotel , but if your staying here for the balcony view , you have to get a room that is on the Eiffel Tower side , if you get a “garden “ view , it’s nothing more than some bushes and a little grass . There was no way of seeing the Eiffel Tower from the hotel other than the rooms that faced it. The “rooftop “ is closed for construction and you can’t go there . "
