"No information about late check ins. No information about check outs. Room was not what was sold in the pictures. Eventually Got the room we paid for but only for the last two nights of trip. Toilet was broken on arrival so I fixed it myself as I couldn’t contact anyone. Horrible smell in bathrooms. Showers were disgusting and such low pressure. "The accommodation was clean and comfortable though needing a little refresh but very good value. It was close to a tram stop for access to city centre and airport - the tram system is excellent. A few places fairly close for meals and drinks. Friendly staff and good continental breakfast options. "
