"My wife and I had a lovely stay at the flat in St Medard en Jalles. The owner, Sylvie, was very helpful and friendly explaining to us about the locality and giving advice on things to do. The flat itself had all modern conveniences and was very clean and well maintained. St Medard is a little quiet, but the roads into Bordeaux and out to the seaside are good. "The name accurately describes the property: Studio Cozy. The studio apartment is very small and was sparklingly clean. Very nicely appointed - nice fixtures and comfy bed. With no exterior windows, the studio became very humid. There is an opaque skylight which allowed for some natural light. The bathroom door would not close properly - an easy fix which we assume will be addressed soon. We loved the location - easy walking to restaurants and city sights."

"The booking process was a nightmare because the Web site wouldn't accept my credit card. Jacobo saved the day by phoning me and it took my card over the phone. Who knew? He was a delight as a host. The location near the trams was excellent- no need for a car and the grocery store was across the street. It had all of the amenities and was very secure. We loved it!"

"Easy to get to by tram. Large well equipped flat. 2 flights of spiral staircase was challenging with suitcases but the apartment was worth it. Balcony lovely for a drink in the sun. Good restaurants on the square outside. We will be back. "

"My stay in the apartment was perfect. Perfectly situated to walk everywhere. So close to food, shopping and all the main sights. Although I was out most of the time it was a very roomy apartment with all that is required in the kitchen, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom and hot shower. Air conditioning in entire apartment came in very handy as well as the luggage elevator. Great communication throughout my stay. I didn’t stay in Bordeaux long enough and would love to stay in this apartment...
