The hotel itself is a good place to stay, I like the double doors to the room which help to reduce any corridor noise. The room was pretty well appointed. Shower over tiny bath was small but sufficed. Breakfast was lovely. When I checked in, there was a mistake regarding my room being ready...but this was corrected quickly and all was well. The reception staff were immensely helpful with suggestions of local attractions and places to eat. Josh, a member of staff who cleaned and helped with breakfast was very attentive and polite. The location is brilliant, so much to see and do close by. There is a small but very clean launderette opposite the hotel entrace (in Rue Martignac) which is great, washing fluid included in the cycle. I would definitely recommend this hotel and location.

The property was located right in the heart of the city and parking was close by . The ambiance of the hotel was cold and disengaged which came from the lack of engagement from the hotel staff . It’s a people business , make engagement part of the guest experience.

Overall we rank our stay OUTSTANDING! The A/C all of a sudden stop working due to mechanical issue. However, the staff (Celia, Catherine, and others) made sure we were accommodated and our comfort was address. They offered another room for us to sleep in (smaller) yet had the A/C. They also provided those little things to make your stay and the occasion you’re celebrating feel memorable. Issue will almost always happen, but what makes it better is how they respond to address and make things better that actually makes the difference. Thank you… highly recommend.

This property is located around the center of everything, I will strongly recommend this Hotel, however we think they should have parking as part of the Hotel service. We will visit this Hotel again

Everything was great. Except maybe the bedroom that is tiny. Especially when you order for 2 single beds. It seems you are downgraded if you ask for 2 beds which is unfair.

It was clean but absolutely not 4 star..the standard room was tiny. Reception was upstairs from the main entrance. Not very welcoming aesthetically, however the staff were lovely.It like a looked very temporary set- up. No bar. Felt like a premier inn or travelodge. The area was excellent in a great location though. I would visit this area again but i would not choose this hotel, I would choose a hotel with a more boutique and cosy feel, more worthy of 4 stars

This was the perfect location for our stay in Bordeaux. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Everything within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and the rooms were quite nice. I will be staying in this hotel again when I return to Bordeaux.
