Property itself - large, clean and nicely kept - met our needs as a group of 6 adult girlfriends. We were just there in mid-September and the weather was in the high 80's with low humidity. "The Troy House is as pictured. The ambiance Colista & Grant created makes it very cozy. There is just enough decor without over doing it. The Troy house provides many amenities so you can travel light. Communication was immediate. Colista and Grant obviously take pride in the home they offer. Thank you for sharing, I sincerely enjoyed my stay. The town square is walkable from the home. There are many nice shops and restaurants. "
