My son said the pool was freezing and the morning of the tournament we had to take cold showers!!! The absolute worst thing EVER to have at a hotel!! We will not be coming back!

Breakfast was not very good. Burnt eggs and hockey puck biscuits. Housekeeping started slamming room doors around 7am so if you wanted to sleep in - too bad. The room was brown - many many shades of brown. Used to really enjoy staying at this hotel years ago, but wouldn't stay there again for the price unless an emergency.

The room was quite nice, and spacious. Very clean. The sheets smelled awful though so I didn't have a great night. The bathroom had generous counter space. And the pressure in the shower was great. Although the showerhead was so low that I, at 5'3", had to bend over to wash my hair.

Upon arrival, front desk staff was outside smoking at the front door. The chair in our room needed to be replaced, the vinyl was peeling off. The bathroom smelled but I did not initially see the source. In the morning I found the source of the smell when I went to take a shower… there was dried urine all over the bathtub. They did send someone to clean it but offered no compensation. I have not heard back from Expedia yet on a possible refund.
