"Accommodation was clean but bathroom tired. Single beds were actually bunkbeds and not suitable for 3 older ladies travelling together. Getting into property not the easiest either, as code not sent. It had a hostel feel about it. Good position."

"Jorge and Manuela were amazing hosts! We stayed as their guests for 5 weeks. When we arrived, we were greeted by Jorge who gave us a map with areas/restaurants/things to do marked. We were also greeted with champagne, wine, port, fresh fruits, and chocolates!The area was close to the city center, churches, Ribeira, Gaia (for port tastings), and the shopping areas, which was an ideal location for walking and exploring. "Terrible apartment. Terrible service. Check-iin was very difficult and the room was mis-described. We left and did not even stay. Several guests were complaining at the same time. There was no reception, it is being decorated. It is all remote from Spain. I am awaiting a refund. Worst experience ever on Hotels.com"
