"Property was ok, bed was very hard though. Shower worked great, nice hot water. Apartment was clean and nice kitchen setup even though we didn’t use it. No contact check in was easy. We were on the 1st floor so we kind of heard a lot of noise and music from a brunch place next door that was apparently very popular because there was a constant line of people waiting to eat there very early in the morning. Only complaint really. "

There were a few shortcomings that prevent me from giving a higher rating namely a) there were tea and coffee makers but no supplies; b) washing machine was present but tabs / detergent had to be purchased separately by leaving a Euro coin in a cup and emailing service desk to provide the same and c) we returned to the apartment after a day out and found...

"This was a great property set in a super location. It was easy to access on the subway from The airport The apartment was extremely clean with sufficient linens and towels for our stay. They had the usual kitchen appliances and also a small laundry/dryer machine. "GREAT location. Walked pretty much everywhere. The Bathroom space was a bit light on hangers and comfort but everything else was perfect. Can get a bit noisy in the night with other guests. Not enough insulation. "

"Great location. Staff ready to answer any questions. The studio is clean and modern. Very sparse kitchen. The shower does not have a cubby or caddy for shower gel and soap. The bottles are on the floor of the shower! Also not big enough for family with teenagers. "

"Ascensor de Bica is next door, can get loud but its tolerable. Property is close to restaurants, it can get loud at night from partygoers. Walkable to Time Out & Pink street. I don't recommend adding a 3rd guest in a room as it gets very tight and not convenient to walk around and across the bathroom & shower. 3rd adult guest should always get a bed and not a hide a way pull out, I feel."

"Honestly it’s a nice property, convenient and very well located but they are not a full service property. This means electronic check in at a machine, self storage for luggage, and if anything happens (like with us when the door didn’t work one evening) there is no one around to help. They do have someone available to speak to by intercom but it’s not ideal. Also, there is no restroom except in the rooms so if you haven’t checked in or after checkout beware. "Overall a good stay given the age of the flat. Everything was immaculate apart from hair missed by the cleaners in the shower (see photo), creaky and thin floorboards so people were stomping above us at all hours. Only 1 spare thin toilet roll so had to buy more. June is the month of street parties so we could hear a nearby party but we really didn’t mind as it felt like white noise but others might mind. Access to lockers at a different apartment was super helpful and easy as it was just €1....

"This property was perfect for a stay in the center of it all. It was very clean and spacius for a family of 5. Communications from the helpful, friendly staff was great- we even had an early checkin accommodated to us. One quip- the inside bathroom had an odor tha we noticed after the first night.
