"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"I've been to Lisbon on many occasions and this is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed. I've stayed at the Ritz, Tivoli, and Vermelho (Christian Louboutin hotel in Melides) and none of them compares to Jardim da Lapa. "It’s good value for money but there were couple issues during our stay. 1) it says city tax is payable at the property and Expedia asks not to pay anything anyway else but on the website.
