"Our 3-night stay at this beautiful & spacious townhome was fantastic! Check in was easy & the host was very prompt w all communication. Townhome is spacious - all furniture is extra comfortable, windows provide great lighting during the day & ample lighting in all rooms at night – extremely clean, décor is tasteful & pleasing - pictures on web site are accurate. "The location is certainly excellent. Accessible to everything that we were hoping for. Restaurants, the United Center for the basketball game we came to attend. Property needs a bit of a facelift. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Whole foods right across the street was a bonus. Plenty of towels and linens. Remote controls for the TVs were all dead so we had to buy our own AAA batteries which was kind of. M annoying.k Propefacelift"

It was a little too cool for the pool, but they enjoyed the jacuzzi. The only hiccup was it took a while to warm the jacuzzi up. We will be booking again."

"Close location to downtown, great Bishop Arts district location with restaurants and shops. House is very clean, and accommodating. Live-in tenant down stairs is friendly but dog barks a lot at strangers. Driveway and parking is very narrow and difficult to navigating in poor weather. "

"The place looked just as it was advertised, full of pretty Boho furnishings and plants. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Would stay again!"

"I was a little worry about the neighborhood but it turn out to be quiet, everything work except the washer which was no big deal for us.I did request extra pillows and they immediately brought them."

"I enjoyed my stay here! Communication was great with the host, trying to get in was a little difficult but the host directed me through. Place was exactly like the pictures and described, didn’t really like the parking it was on the hill and scraped up my car so I had to park on the street. Overall 8/10"

The location was wonderful with a great view of the water, and in close proximity to both Rockwall and Rowlett. Property was very spacious and the decor was very nice.
