"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Magnolia is a beautiful well furnished home. We were lucky enough to have gotten lots of snow during our stay. It was so beautiful!! I would suggest additional heating on/in the main level bedrooms. There was a dramatic difference in that part of the house. Lots of "It's freezing back here" comments. space heaters would have been most welcome! We kept the thermostat at 70 lest the upstairs get too warm. I did report that there was leaking in the upstairs...

"Great central location right off busy Garrett Highway. Nice amenities, could even suit 3 distinct groups with sleeping for 14. Walk out lower level directly to the lake, steps away. Nice hot tub, dock and kayaks. Fun game table and some arcade games if children come along. Enjoyable evening by the fire pit with s'mores! Easy to find, easy to book, responsive owners."

"We made a quick impromptu trip to Deep Creek for the first time for my wife’s birthday. Check in was super easy, and Patricia was great about staying in contact with us. Location is right on the main road and there is a pizza/Italian place right down the hill that you can walk to. We ate there our first night. We had a great short trip and the accommodations were just what we needed for a family of four. "

"I've stayed in Davis several times but this is going to be my new favorite spot! Easy walk on sidewalks to Purple Fiddle and the shops of Thomas. Found a great free community yoga class at Bright Bear yoga also walking distance. The sleeper sofa mattress wasn't the most comfortable so I ended up sleeping on the folded up couch while my dad took the loft bed. Plenty of space for a tiny home. "

"We spent the Christmas week with our adult kids at Buena Vista. The home served us very well with wonderful bedrooms on each level, a well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, cups, glasses, etc) a huge dining table where games were played, puzzles built and meals enjoyed. We all talked about how we would visit again at Buena Vista in a heart beat."

"The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the amenities described. The hot tub was lovely and the game room and ping pong table kept our teen/ tween boys occupied. Located very close to Wisp and lots of restaurants and activities. It’s a gem. We would definitely stay at Knotty Bear again."

"A huge thank you to Kasey and Lisa for allowing us to hold our intimate micro wedding of abt 30 people at their home. Everything turned out beautifully!
